Graduate of Trinity College Dublin.

In Lille, France, the premier oesophageal and gastric surgical center in Europe, Mr. Robb completed his fellowship training there in the Department of Surgery for Digestive Disease Oncology.

Prior to moving back to Ireland, he worked as a consultant upper GI and general surgeon at Beaumont Hospital in Bristol.

In November 2017, Mr. Robb utilised Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system to perform the first robotic bariatric surgery in Ireland at our sister hospital, Blackrock Clinic. We are delighted that Mr. Robb is now performing bariatric surgery here at Hermitage Clinic also.
