Please read our COVID-19 guidelines for patients attending Hermitage Clinic.

We continually review COVID-19 guidelines and update our processes to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

To assist us in ensuring your safety, the safety of other patients and our staff, we kindly ask you to read and follow the guidelines on this page.

All appointments will go ahead as planned, unless you hear otherwise. You'll be asked to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire in advance of your appointment or when you arrive.

Please do not attend Hermitage Clinic if you:

• have symptoms of COVID-19
• are a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19
• live with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19

If any of the above applies to you, call our reception desk on +353 (0) 1 645 9000 and we'll assist you.

When attending Hermitage Clinic, we ask that you come alone, where possible. If you need assistance, please bring only one person with you.

We ask everyone to wear a face mask when they enter the hospital.

Please note that Hermitage Clinic is not a designated receiving hospital for patients with COVID-19.

If you have a planned surgical procedure, you will be requested to complete a health questionnaire. If you have any signs or symptoms of COVID – 19, you may be requested to attend the hospital for a COVID – 19 swab.
